Програма семінара
Civic education. Teaching social skills. Oxford phonics world (60 min) In modern life it is very important to help our pupils develop social skills alongside teaching them key concepts from the curriculum. In this session we will discuss ways to teach the ‘whole child’. We’ll also travel into Oxford phonics world and discover connections between English sounds and letters.
Is Grammar just Maths with words? (60 min) Grammar lessons are usually considered the most unappealing and boring by our teenage students. As a result, they feel utterly demotivated to study grammar. In this session, we will be looking at ways of turning grammar lessons into enjoyable experience with heads-up and fun activities We will share some practical ideas that you can use in your classroom.
